My philosophy as a massage therapist is to help people notice where they are holding stress and tension in their body. Using modalities like  MFR, Deep tissue, and energy work, assists people in letting go of the restrictions being trapped in the body, to focus within and heal. 

 I wish for you to feel more grounded, balanced and rejuvenated when you leave my studio and ready to take on the world.
